On his appointment as Chair, John Glass said:
I am thrilled to be Alpha Housing's new Chair. Firstly I want to thank my predecessor John Clarke, who has made an exceptional contribution during his nine years on Alpha's Board. We thank all retiring Board members for their excellent work in leading the organisation.
Alpha is at an exciting point in its history. As we emerge from the pandemic, improving services for our existing tenants remains a top priority. Beyond this, Alpha is committed to significant growth over the next few years to help meet the range of housing needs across Northern Ireland. Given our roots, Alpha hopes to help pioneer the next generation of housing for older people, as well as building many high-quality family homes.
With our strong executive team and renewed Board, Alpha is well placed to face the future.
