John Glass

Chair

John is Director of Infrastructure & Projects at Translink. He is responsible for the management of its estate including the rail network. John also leads the delivery of capital projects, such as the Belfast Transport Hub and Weavers Cross regeneration. Formerly John was NI Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Kieran Dempsey

Vice Chair

Kieran is an architect with his own practice, specialising in areas including housing for older people. As Chair of Newington Housing Association, he helped deliver the award-winning Parkside regeneration project at the Limestone Road interface in north Belfast.

Irene Kingston

Company Secretary

Irene is a former Chair of Age NI and Vice-Chair of Age NI's Consultative Forum and UK representative on Age Platform Europe. She has also worked in the voluntary / community sector in the fields of mental health, criminal justice and the arts.

Lorna Hagan

Lorna is a Civil Engineer with 20 years of site engineering, quality management systems and leadership experience. She has worked on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK. Lorna is a qualified instructor and provides training and consultancy services through her business ConstructTuition Ltd.

Glynis Hobson

Glynis is Director of Customer Services at Co-Ownership. Her role focuses on leading Co-Ownership’s customer facing teams. Glynis is passionate about service excellence and has led Co-Ownership’s work to become accredited ServiceMark members of the Institute of Customer Service.

Craig Logan

Craig is Director for Property Finance in Bank of Ireland's Corporate Banking division. He also chairs the Bank's Corporate & Social Responsibility Forum in NI, and volunteers as a school governor.

John McConnell

John is Head of Sales at H&J Martin Asset Management Services, responsible for securing new business across the UK and Ireland. His expertise includes fire protection, security, asset management and facilities management.

Liz McKernon

Liz McKernon has worked in TransLink for 7 years and is currently Head of Organisational Development . She has had a career in HR spanning 36 years , working across multiple sectors, including Retail, Food Manufacturing and Financial Services.

David Simpson

David is a qualified housing professional with extensive experience in all aspects of social housing. He retired as Head of Housing & Communities at Dundee City Council in 2022.

Rachel Steenson

Rachel is an Account Director for BT. An experienced IT Professional, Rachel is a Fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, and is currently their Vice-Chair of Council.

Eamonn Sweeney

Eamonn is retired. He was formerly Chief Executive of Northstone, one of Northern Ireland's largest companies, with subsidiaries including Farrans Construction, Cubis Industries and Northstone Materials.

Judith Winters

Judith is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years experience. Former Chair of RTPI (NI), she currently manages the Planning Enforcement Team at Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and is director of two childcare settings.
