Chair
John is Director of Infrastructure & Projects at Translink. He is responsible for the management of its estate including the rail network. John also leads the delivery of capital projects, such as the Belfast Transport Hub and Weavers Cross regeneration. Formerly John was NI Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Vice Chair
Kieran is an architect with his own practice, specialising in areas including housing for older people. As Chair of Newington Housing Association, he helped deliver the award-winning Parkside regeneration project at the Limestone Road interface in north Belfast.

Rachel is an Account Director for BT. An experienced IT Professional, Rachel is a Fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, and is currently their Chair of Council.

Lorna Hagan
Lorna is a Civil Engineer with 20 years of site engineering, quality management systems and leadership experience. She has worked on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK. Lorna is a qualified instructor and provides training and consultancy services through her business ConstructTuition Ltd.

Glynis is Director of Customer Services at Co-Ownership. Her role focuses on leading Co-Ownership’s customer facing teams. Glynis is passionate about service excellence and has led Co-Ownership’s work to become accredited ServiceMark members of the Institute of Customer Service.

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and has been a principal in his own practice in Newry for over 25 years. He is also a Chartered Director and has a keen interest and understanding of leadership and governance.

Liz McKernon has worked in TransLink for 7 years and is currently Head of Organisational Development . She has had a career in HR spanning 36 years , working across multiple sectors, including Retail, Food Manufacturing and Financial Services.

Eamonn is retired. He was formerly Chief Executive of Northstone, one of Northern Ireland's largest companies, with subsidiaries including Farrans Construction, Cubis Industries and Northstone Materials.
