According to recent independent research, overall tenant satisfaction with Alpha's services is 91%, one of the highest levels in Northern Ireland. However, we are not complacent, and are determined to improve further, including in listening - and responding to - tenants' views.
Alpha is a housing association and charity regulated by the Department for Communities, the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and the Financial Conduct Authority. We strive to uphold the highest standards of governance to help ensure high-quality and equitable services for all tenants.

What our Tenants say about us
I have made many great friendships. Our Scheme Co-ordinator gives us great support. We have lots of scheme activities so there's always something to look forward to.
I enjoy the social activities and events. Alpha have been good at supporting tenants during the pandemic.
