Collaboration and learning are fostered through regular gatherings of Head Office and Scheme staff, as well as periodic all-staff events. We encourage the use of technology to share information and facilitate co-operation, such as through use of the 'Workplace' social media app.
Many Alpha team members value our size allowing them to personally know all their colleagues. Also, as a smaller and less hierarchical housing association, staff members can take on greater and more varied responsibilities earlier in their careers than might be possible elsewhere.
