To help ensure the safety of our tenants and staff from COVID-19, Alpha's Head Office is currently closed to the public. In line with NI Executive guidance, our staff are working from home. While our offices remain closed, you can reach our team as normal during working hours by phone and email.

We aim to answer all incoming calls promptly. If the first person you speak to is unable to help with your query, we will pass your call on to the appropriate member of staff. If the person you need to talk to is unavailable, we will let you know when you can expect a call back or direct you to an alternative member of staff.
