The Statutory House Sales Scheme, which Alpha operates along with all other Housing Associations in NI, will close to new applications at midnight on 27th August 2022.
The House Sales Scheme has enabled eligible tenants to purchase their home, often with the support of a discount. We have issued letters to all general needs tenants informing them of the upcoming change so that they can make an informed and timely decision about whether to apply to purchase their home before 28th August 2022. Where a valid application is received prior to midnight on 27th August 2022 the application will be processed in the normal manner.
